Hi Eddie,  First of all, we would like to apologize for not sending this letter to you much, much sooner.
As you know, our names are Billy and Sheila Biette from upstate New York (but with your help, soon to be relocated to Myrtle Beach).  In our quest to relocate,  we had met with many Real Estate Agents in your area prior to meeting you, and we must tell you that we truly feel that you "are the cream of the crop"!!  You once said to us, "let me spend three hours with you and within that time, I will understand what you are looking for".  Boy, truer words were never spoken!!  Not only did you know just what we wanted,  but your knowledge, presentation, and especially your compassion and advice you gave us,  more than exceeded our expectations.  We would highly recommend you and will use you for all of our real estate needs. Linda and I want to thank you for your hard work and patience in getting our place.  We are truly looking forward to making it our own.  We plan to come down for a couple weeks at the end of September to get the place settled.  We also want to thank you for the donation to McLeod.  That is a special hospital for us.  On New Years Day 2007, we were at our daughters in Florence.  She was near the end of her 5th month of her 1st pregnancy.  She was not feeling well and tests indicated she was going to die if they did not take the baby immediately. She was rushed to McLeod for an emergency c-section.  She came through fine.  LIttle Cora was born 4 months early at 1 lb, 4 oz.  She would stay in the neo-natal unit until she came home in April.  She is now a healthy 2 year old thanks to McLeod.  I'll attach a couple of photos of our miracle baby.  They were just here for the 4th of July and we had a great time.Thanks again for all your help.   Doug & Linda Fish, NY
