You will be able to find homes with established landscapes and mature trees or new communities with the new fresh landscaping and trees, depending on the look and feel you prefer.  You can also purchase one of the available lots in Aynor which allows you to be involved in your home construction from the ground up. This allows you choose colors, make necessary changes in existing architectural plans, choose lighting and flooring packages that suit your preferences and anything else involved in your home.
