Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Condos ~
When looking at oceanfront condos, the first decision the buyer has to decide is whether they want an oceanfront condo resort that offers tons of amenities or if they would to prefer something more quiet in a low rise community. Both of these types of oceanfront condos have their advantages and disadvantages. Low rise condos are usually more spacious for the price, rental fees are usually less and the furnishings are typically more home like. The negative of owning a low rise is of course the lack of amenities and the number the rental figures obtained from your management company are typically lower.
Oceanfront condo resorts are high rise concrete and steel constructed buildings typically with tons of amenities and onsite rental departments. These condos are typically updated more frequently due to being rented so much. The advantages of these type of condos are that, in the past, saw greater appreciation, rent more frequently, tons of amenities and, of course, the views of the oceanfront resort are much better. The disadvantage of these type of condos would be that many of the condos feel like hotel rooms in size, the HOA fees are typically higher and the fees for rentals from the onsite company are typically higher.
